Step 1 - Program Outline and Rationale
Read the Program Outline and Rationale to get an understanding of the program your school is undertaking. The Program Outline and Rationale is an outline of this year’s camp and what each group will be doing. Please note that this is a planning outline only and details may change. Step 2 - Consent Form
Download the Consent Form, complete and return to St Philip's Christian College prior to 8 March 2018. Please note that you will not be able to attend camp if you have not completed this form.
Step 3 - Medical Form
Complete the Medical Form online and submit prior to 8 March 2018. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. All information will be kept confidential and only shared with the school and BOE staff. If for any reason you are unable to complete the online medical form, you can download a paper copy below.
