The following information is supplied on this school-specific page to make your preparation for this year’s camp as simple as possible.
We're providing you with all of the information you'll need to prepare for camp and in return we ask that you provide us with the details that we need to know about you or your child/ward. Please see the instructions below on how to complete this process.
Step 1 - Preferences Outline and Rationale
Read the Preferences Outline and Rationale to get an understanding of the program your school is undertaking. The Preferences Outline and Rationale is an outline of this year’s camp and what each group will be doing. Please note that this is a planning outline only. The actual Program Outline will be uploaded once groups are confirmed. Check for updates closer to the camp.
Step 2 - Consent Form
Download the Consent Form, complete and return to HSPA prior to 25 February 2015. Please note that you will not be able to attend camp if you have not completed this form. You must also download this form before you are able to choose your camp preferences.
Step 3 - Preferences Form
Complete the Preferences Form and submit prior to 1 September 2014. On this year’s camp you have the choice between 5 different programs. Referring to the Program Outline, in Step 1, which shows you all the activities that are available follow the link to our online preferences form where you will find information on each program and be invited to choose your preferred option.
Step 4 - Medical Form
Complete the Medical Form online and submit prior to 1 September 2014. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. All information will be kept confidential and only shared with the school and BOE staff. If required, also download the Medications Form and Illness Management Form to complete by hand and return them to us.

Arrive at camp prepared with everything you need and a smile on your face.
