Step 2 - Consent Form and Medical Forms
Download the Consent Form and Medical Forms, complete and return by the due date. Please note that you will not be able to proceed on your journey if you have not completed these forms. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. All information will be kept confidential and only shared with BOE staff.
Step 3 - Arrive at camp
Arrive at camp prepared with everything you need and a smile on your face.
